Good eating good living

Prawn Curry


Ingradients
  1. Prawns : 4
  2. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  3. Chilli powder : 1/2 tsp
  4. Corainder powder : 1 tsp
  5. Mustard powder : 1/2 tsp
  6. Sliced Onion : 1
  7. Coconut milk : 1/2 tsp
  8. Oil : 100 ml
  9. Green Chilies : 4
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Lemon : 1
  12. Green Corainder : 1/2 bunch

Method :
  1. Marinate prawns with salt , turmeric and lemon
  2. Heat oil , saute the prawns and keep aside
  3. In hot oil , add other masala and saute for a while
  4. Prepare coconut milk and add at the end. Do not boil after that.
  5. Garnish with slit green chillies and green corainder.
